Role Overview
Position: Pediatric Massage Therapist
Employment Type: Full Time
This role involves performing pediatric massage therapy, providing diagnostic assessments, and developing tailored correction plans for children. The position requires close communication with parents, adherence to hygiene standards, and collaboration with other specialists to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities

| Perform Diagnostics | Conduct high-quality diagnostics, prepare reports, and design correction plans. |
| Deliver Therapy | Conduct effective therapy sessions tailored to each child’s needs. |
| Parent Communication | Address parent inquiries before and after sessions. |
| Promote Services | Recommend service packages and refer cases to other specialists within the center if needed. |
| Maintain Workplace Hygiene | Ensure cleanliness and order in the workspace and personal hygiene standards. |
| Participate in Cleaning | Assist in monthly cleaning of tools, toys, and equipment. |
| Professional Development | Attend supervision and methodology sessions; participate in annual training at the employer’s expense. |
| Time Management | Arrive 15 minutes before scheduled sessions to prepare. |
| Conflict Resolution | Smoothly manage and resolve any conflict situations with empathy and professionalism. |
Requirements

| Language | Proficiency in English. |
