San Francisco 49ers star Nick Bosa crashed Brooke Purdy’s postgame interview with NBC’s Melissa Stark on “Sunday Night Football,” which featured Make America Great Again.

Bosa made his appearance behind Purdy, George Kittle and Isaac Garindo and lit up the Heat. He pointed to the hat, and Stark acknowledged it before returning to the interview.

However, fans may not have immediately noticed just watching the “Sunday Night Football” feed on X. Bosa’s brief appearance was omitted from Stark’s interview with Purdy, Kittle and Guerendo when it was posted at 11:57 pm ET on Sunday.

By mid-morning Monday, the clip itself had been completely deleted.

Later, the “Sunday Night Football” X account reposted the clip in its entirety, showing Bosa wearing a MAGA hat. However, it was soon deleted and reposted.

NBC Universal Group did not comment on Snifu.

It was one of the few instances this election season of active NFL players outright supporting a presidential candidate. Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker also endorsed former President Donald Trump earlier this year, while Philadelphia Eagles defensive lineman Thomas Booker IV stumped for Vice President Kamala Harris.

Bosa had three tackles, a sack and three QB hits.

The four-time Pro Bowler had 3.5 sacks and 25 tackles in the game against the Cowboys. The 49ers improved to 4-4 on the year.

Bosa has been a longtime Trump supporter, even before he was in the NFL. He revealed in 2019 that he deleted his X account of Trump posts and criticism of Colin Kaepernick out of concern that he would not be fully embraced by the city of San Francisco if he were drafted by the 49ers. is
