How to do matte navy blue nails at home
It is easily possible to give yourself the perfect matte blue nails at home. It also makes for a great self-care night.
Some of the supplies you will need are clippers, cuticle nippers or mini scissors, file, buffer, base, and top coat, and of course your matte navy blue nail polish.
